My home was built in the late 1990s. Are the appliances worth repairing?
It depends on their age, not the house’s. Average lifespans run about 9 years for a dishwasher, 10 for a washer and about 13 for a fridge or dryer. If you still have the originals, a big repair deserves a careful look. If they’ve been replaced since, a single-part repair is usually worth it. We’ll give you the price and an honest opinion either way.
Is the water in Maple hard on appliances?
